Bay Park Real Estate
Bay Park is a hidden treasure in San Diego County, and that's just how the locals want to keep it. However, Bay Park is a welcoming community with lots of locally-owned shops, restaurants, and lively bars. Bay Park is known for its "restaurant row", with many cool cafes, wine bars, and microbreweries. We like the wood-fired flatbreads at Luce Bar & Kitchen. For the freshest seafood (in our opinion) in San Deigo, we like to go to Bay Park Fish Company. You can't go wrong with the sushi or clam chowder.
Bay Park overlooks Mission Bay Park which is San Diego’s 4,600-acre "aquatic wonderland". You can swim, learn to sail, go kayaking or rent a boat for a day of adventure. There are walking paths and picnic areas, fishing and diving spots. Mission Bay Park is also home to SeaWorld San Diego. For a change of scenery, Bay Park borders the Tecolote Canyon Natural Park. There are miles of hiking trails and an educational nature center. Tecolote is also where you'll find the Tecolote Canyon Golf Course which is known for challenging golfers with hazards at almost every hole.
