It’s now more important than ever to be aware of what’s happening.The government is changing what we can and can’t do from one day to another. With all the change, one thing that remains constant is that people will still need to buy and they will still need to sell. And there are opportunities for both buyers and sellers. As a seller, now more than ever it’s imperative that you work with an agent who truly understands how to use digital marketing, video and social media. You see, knowing how to use it correctly can mean the difference between forty or fifty people seeing your property or 120,000 seeing your property.
It’s easy to just post homes on your personal page or business page, but unfortunately, because Facebook is a Business, they need our advertising money to stay in business.
