I have been a real estate agent here in Ocean Beach for the last 11 years and have lived in and loved this little beach community collectively for 20 years. My passion is helping people and after retiring from my previous career as a massage therapist, real estate seemed like another way I could do that.Seeing the smile on a client’s face that I just handed the keys to it is truly priceless. Knowing that I am helping people not only build wealth through home ownership but also providing them a home is so inspiring. Helping home sellers understand their options and guiding them through the process of selling is such a treat.
Having been a real estate agent for the last 15 years I have seen the ups and downs of the market and helped clients through all types of sales, including those crazy years of foreclosures and short sales at the bottom of the market and multiple offer situations for buyers at the top of the market and succeeded in both.
The way we market homes has changed drastically over the last 10 years and I pride myself on staying up to date with the latest trends. Digital or online marketing is a huge part of my strategy when helping sellers since 90% of buyers find their home online. Timing and guidance are key when working with buyers so I do my best to make myself available at their convenience, evenings and weekends are not out of the question.
I am passionate about customer service and my community, Ocean Beach, San Diego. My goal is to always be available as a real estate resource to my clients and the public. I look forward to helping many more home sellers and buyers reach their real estate goals in the years to come.
